Unusual tender: We are sailing! 2 rescue boats needed

Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue are seeking quotations from Suppliers to supply 2 x Whaley 435 Rotomoulded Boats for operational use by Firefighters within the County of Lincolnshire.

A full Equipment Evaluation process was completed and coordinated by LFR’s Water Incident/Training Manager identifying the make, model and additional equipment requirements required to meet the Service’s operational need.

NB Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue’s Evaluation process includes an “Equipment Suitability Assessment” and takes into account areas such as Health and Safety implications, training, skills, qualifications, deployment time, stowage and capacity. A comparative analysis conducted and performance requirements relating to operational use were considered.
