Merseytravel require Mystery Shoppers to find out how customers perceive their journey experience within the specified location. The Awarding Authority want to know how customers feel when travelling within the specified location on the bus or train and know their perceptions when using the Mersey Tunnels and review if the Mersey Ferries meet their expectations. The Awarding Authority want to understand how our customers perceive the overall journey experience when travelling by bus, rail, ferry or using the Mersey Tunnels within the Merseyside area and how they rate individual elements that contribute towards the overall experience. It is imperative to capture why they have rated their journey experience in a certain way.
