This is a slightly unusual tender for catering for disposable cutlery. Plus it has the bonus of being split into “lots” by region, so you don’t have to cover the entire UK, you can bid for 1+ lots.

The contract is for 4 years, and is expected to be valued at between 250k – 325k (Euros)

YPO is the lead organisation for this tender, acting on behalf of Pro5, a group of Public Buying Organisations. Pro5 are looking for Providers to be appointed onto a Framework Agreement for the supply of a broad and diverse range of Catering Disposable Products such as tableware, drink ware, food containers and food packaging, bake ware, paper products (i.e. napkins, table covering) to be utilised by Pro5 members, Catering Services, Educational Establishments, Municipal Buildings, Cafes or Similar. Delivery will be to individual sites such as warehouses, school kitchens, and municipal buildings. The framework is designed to meet the needs of all public sector organisations. Please note the delivery and invoicing of all orders will be direct between the successful supplier and the end user.
