This tender is to provide South Derbyshire District Council with all their summer and winter planting, fixed planter and hanging basket plants for various displays within the area of Swadlincote.

The Council wishes to enter into an arrangement for the supply of all its plant requirements over a period of 3 years, with a review period at the end of year one.

Quotations are invited for the supply of all South Derbyshire District Council’s summer and winter border planting, fixed planter and hanging basket plants. Due to logistics and storage limitations we are ideally looking for growers within a 20 mile radius of the Swadlincote depot.

Annual quantities are:
o Approx 12500 summer bedding plants
o Approx 23000 winter bedding plants
o 23 Large hanging baskets
o 64 small hanging baskets
