Calling all Baywatch fans!  Sunderland City Council require a Seasonal Beach Lifeguarding Service to be provided by suitably qualified & experienced contractors. The city boasts 2 blue flag resort beaches at Seaburn and Roker which attract a large number of visitors during the summer months. It is anticipated that the contract will commence on 1.2.2011 for a period of 3 years with no option to extend. The service will be provided at both Seaburn and Roker resort beaches typically between the months of May and September.
