The University of Birmingham has a requirement for the supply and fixing of curtains, blinds, valances and drapes in and around the University Campus and surrounding buildings as and when required. The purpose of this competitive Tender is to establish a Framework Agreement with a suitably qualified Supplier and/or Suppliers in order to facilitate the provision of these goods and/or services to the University of Birmingham using best practice, quality control and value for money principles. Requirements will range from small value one off orders to high value capital orders. The Service Provider must be prepared to fulfill both low value and high value orders.
