This Meet the Buyer event will give Doncaster businesses the chance to meet with Wates Construction and its key subcontractor partner organisation to discuss work opportunities created by its success in securing to major construction projects in Doncaster.
Wates Construction will be responsible for £30 million of local construction projects including the new Doncaster Civic Offices and the rebuilding of Campsmount Technology College.
The event is supported by Doncaster Council, Invest in Doncaster and Success Doncaster who will provide advice and guidance to Doncaster businesses bidding for work.
Project insight sessions will be run at 4pm and 6pm; delegates need to register for one of these. Each session will include:
- Welcome by Peter Davies, Mayor of Doncaster
- Doncaster Civic Offices – Insight into construction opportunities by Mark Winter, Construction Manager for Wates Construction
- Campsmount Technology College – Insight into construction opportunities by Mark Wainhouse, Construction Manager for Wates Construction
