The Bronze
The Bronze service is ideal for if you want a little bit of support in interpreting the bid, and Ocurem prepare a written document which can be used as a guide on how to answer the document, and what kind of response the buyer is looking for. In addition Ocurem also prepare and advise you of the Buyers’ clues, these are areas which are of particular interest to the buyer, and where scoring is highest. Ocurem give you an overview of the entire document and advise which key elements are crucial in the buyer’s decision making process (buyers’ clues). A diary reminder service is also included to ensure that you have plenty of time to prepare a high quality submission with the information that Ocurem have given you.
The Silver
The Silver service gives you all of the benefits of the bronze service including Ocurem preparing a written document which can be used as a guide on how to answer the document, and what kind of response the buyer is looking for. Ocurem also prepare and advise you of the Buyers’ clues, these are areas which are of particular interest to the buyer, and where scoring is highest. Ocurem give you an overview of the entire document and advise which key elements are crucial in the buyers’ decision making process. A diary reminder service is also included to ensure that you have plenty of time to prepare a high quality submission with the information that Ocurem have given you. Once you have prepared your response, In addition to the Bronze service Ocurem then offer an editing and review service, whereby Ocurem give you further options for improvements and make comments about the content, style and any other areas where improvements can be made prior to your bid or tender being submitted.
The Gold
The Gold service is different to our Bronze and Silver service as Ocurem take the pain out of writing a bid submission. Ocurem hold a workshop session with you and your relevant team members which lasts between 1-4 hours, and we coordinate this so that if the bid has 4 questions regarding finance, then we speak to your finance contact and discuss these 4 questions only, then they can go back to their day job. Ocurem gather all the information required to respond to the bid during this workshop session, and then Ocurem put the bid response together on your behalf using your templates or guides. Ocurem also insert your relevant processes and procedures as part of the bid submission. Ocurem prepare the response document and send you a final draft copy for you to approve and amend as necessary. Ocurem make the amends and then you submit the bid to your client.
We never disclose to your client that we have been involved, so if you don’t tell anyone , then we won’t either!
The Retainer
The Retainer service is altogether different to the Bronze, Silver & Gold services as this offers you a service based upon a time allocation each month. You may use your allocation of time for answering specific questions, for reviewing document submissions, for interpreting a bid, or several bids. Once the time allocation has been agreed, how you choose to utilise your time is totally up to you, giving you a totally flexible service.
Ocurem prides itself on quality, and because of this we will only work with one company at a time for any bid submission.
